This agreement is a legal contract between you and Fotiaoqiang VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding your download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').

You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or weakening system protections may cause app failures or security risks.

The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also subject to those providers’ terms of service.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service failure caused by device arrears, data limits, poor local signal, or carrier restrictions. Mobile data fees may apply outside Wi-Fi. Roaming charges incurred outside your home country are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. Device battery depletion, incorrect system permissions, or third-party platform restrictions are outside our compensation scope. Although we work to provide accurate routing information, some data may come from third-party partners. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services in accordance with applicable rules.
